I was just watching Fox News when the news anchor stated that "five Lebanese soldiers were the latest 'victims' in an Israeli missile attack." Is it me, or does the term "victim" imply a certain level of innocence? It almost sounded as if Israel fired missiles upon Lebanon completely unprovoked. I think a better word would have been "casualties", since they were soldiers fighting on behalf of a country whose soul desire is to wipe Israel completely off the map.
